Terry H. Sears
Terry H. Sears is the Managing Partner of Sears, Bennett & Gerdes, LLP. He earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993 and served as an adjunct professor there, teaching legal negotiations from 1993 to 2000.
Since beginning his legal career in 1993, Mr. Sears has concentrated his practice on representing community associations. In 2000, he founded his own law firm, which now provides comprehensive legal services in community association law, residential and commercial real estate, civil litigation, and business planning and governance.
Today, Mr. Sears serves as legal counsel to a wide range of community associations across Texas—including single-family residential subdivisions, townhome communities, condominiums, commercial associations, and master-planned developments.
