Terry H. Sears
Terry H. Sears, Managing Partner of Sears, Bennett, & Gerdes, LLP, earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993 and served as adjunct professor teaching legal negotiations from 1993 to 2000. For the last 26 years, Mr. Sears’ practice of law has focused on representation of community associations. In 2000, Mr. Sears opened his own firm which practices community associations law, residential and commercial real estate law, civil litigation, and business planning and governances. Currently, Mr. Sears represents a large number of community associations of all types, including: single-family residential subdivisions, townhomes, condominiums, commercial associations, and master-planned communities throughout Texas.
