Sarah B. Gerdes

Sarah Gerdes is a partner with Sears, Bennett, Gerdes, LLP. Ms. Gerdes’ practice focuses on representation of single-family residential and condominium associations throughout the State of Texas, including corporate governance, subdivision and condominium development, update and revision of restrictions, rules, policies, bylaws, and architectural control guidelines, contract review, issuance of legal opinions as to community association obligations, assistance with Board and Member Meetings, restriction enforcement, collections, foreclosure, and evaluation of compliance with current laws. Ms. Gerdes is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law and Property Owners’ Association Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
